Finca Cruz - near Pollenca

Finca Cruz is located in the north – west of the island Mallorca between the nice town of Pollenca und the little port of Puerto Pollenca midst quiet and rural territory.

 

The parcel is grassed with old durmast oak, orange-, lemon-, olive trees and palms. Parking is provided.

Finca Cruz has two floors, comfortable furnished in traditional style.

On the ground floor you will find the living – area, a modern kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Air conditioning system is provided.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms sharing one bathroom.

In the open extension of the house you will find an outdoor kitchen with large barbecue grill.

Large greens adjoin the pool. There are eight sun beds and the nice old oaks will provide you with shade during the summer months.

The house has about 130 m˛ living – space.

Information about location:

The well known town of Pollenca with it´s picturesque Old Town, Galleries und Cafés is only a few kilometers away. Here you can also visit an ancient abbey - Monasterio de St. Domingo. During the summer period here will be classic concerts. On Sundays in Pollenca you will find a large weekly market with very interesting arts and crafts.
