Casa Annabell - Cala St. Vicente - Mallorca

Casa Annabell is located in a quiet residential area Can Botana in the Bay of Cala St. Vicente near Pollenca in the northwest of the island Mallorca.

In the seventies when the Spanish people still planed much space for their holiday homes they built at the outskirts of St. Vicente on a little bank in the midst of old pine trees 12 holiday homes with a large swimming pool in a cultivated garden.

Even though there are much people in the high season in the bay of St. Vicente it is very quiet in this residential area.

The distance to the bay with fine sands is approx. 200 m.

 

Casa Annabell belongs to this embellished on a grand scale holiday homes. It is a two storeyed semidetached house with following fitting:

  • 3 double bedrooms with single beds (adjustable together)
  • 2 bathrooms with shower, bathtub and toilet
  • Separate toilet
  • Large living area with SAT – TV and fireside
  • Separate dining room
  • Complete equipped kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave, washing machine etc.
  • 2 terraces with views to the pine wood and the cultivated garden
  • Common pool

Information about location:

In the scene of Cala St. Vicente with it´s impressive scenery of mountains surrounding the both bays you will find beautiful restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, banks and a pharmacy.

The well known town of Pollenca with it´s picturesque Old Town, Galleries und Cafés is only a few kilometers away. Here you can also visit an ancient abbey - Monasterio de St. Domingo. During the summer period here will be classic concerts. On Sundays in Pollenca you will find a large weekly market with very interesting arts and crafts.

The Tramuntana Mountains are situated nearby and you can start from Cala St. Vicente for wonderful hikes and excursions through the mountains.
